Spice things up with my gochujang-buffalo chicken dip! It’s just like the classic but features gochujang, a fermented red chili paste, for added depth of flavor.

ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded chicken
1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce
1 1/2-2 tablespoons gochujang
3/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
herbs for garnish, if desired
instructions
to prepare dip, preheat oven to 375 °F. Add all ingredients, excluding 1 cup of cheddar & 1/2 cup mozzarella, to a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to a baking dish & top with remaining cheese. Bake for 15-20 mins uncovered or until bubbly. Garnish with herbs of choice—I recommend chives & green onions.
