Letter 002 of Take What You Need

Before I share today’s letter, I want to admit something: I’ve been wrestling with my own timeline lately.

I made a massive life shift that required me to rethink everything I thought was too late to change. I stalled. I hesitated. I questioned myself, over & over again. I told myself I’d missed my moment.

And then life surprised me.

I wrote this letter right before packing my things for a trip to California… as a filmmaker. Wild to even say out loud. Six months ago, I could not have imagined that I’d be heading to a film festival where my piece was selected to be screened. But here I am. Proof that it is never too late to choose differently, to begin again, or to pursue whatever it is you desire.

This letter is the reminder I needed, & maybe the one you need too.
