Dips are essential to any game day spread but the game day of all game days is an exception. Your dip game has to match the level of sportsmanship televised… so, make room for my chicken parmesan dip which marries the classic breaded chicken dish with a creamy base of five cheeses.
It is not like these other girls. She’s hearty, creative but approachable & only takes ~30 minutes. She’s versatile enough to take center stage in your snack spread or share the spotlight with other noms.

chicken parmesan dip
10 servings (appetizer) 5 mins prep + 30 mins cook | 35 mins total time
ingredients
2 pre-cooked breaded chicken patties
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces shredded mozzarella, divided
4 ounces shredded monterey jack
½ cup panko bread crumbs
1 ½ teaspoons italian seasoning
¾ cup marinara sauce
¾ cup whole milk ricotta
6 ounces parmesan, grated
1 tablespoon parsley, coarsely chopped
flaky salt, for garnish

instructions
to prepare dip, cook chicken patties according to package instructions. Slice into small bite-sized cubes. Set aside. Drain ricotta cheese in a mesh strainer; set aside.
Preheat oven to 375° F. To a bowl, add cream cheese, drained ricotta, monterey jack, parmesan, italian seasoning, 4 ounces of mozzarella as well as salt & pepper, to taste. Add chicken & marinara. Carefully fold & mix until well combined. Pour into a 10-inch cast iron skillet. Top with remaining mozzarella followed by bread crumbs. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until bubbling. If desired, broil for 30-45 seconds until browned. Garnish with parsley & flaky salt. Serve with crostini, your favorite sliced bread or crackers!
